Interview with Spectrum for Hurdles (June 2, 2025) - Sounds of Yesterday, Neurodiversity, Grief, and Being a Writer
Recently, I did an interview with the podcast "Spectrum of Hurdles." It was a great conversation about Sounds of Yesterday, neurodiversity, autism advocacy, internalized ableism, advice about writing and being your own independent business, and (most importantly) what grief is and how that manifests in a neurodivergent mind.
I do wish I had was more time to talk about Ana Kang, since she is such a vital, CRUCIAL character in the novel. An important aspect about the novel that do think is just as important to explore who she is just as much as Rob Sullivan. "Sounds of Yesterday" is not just about Rob. It's about Rob and Ana.
But I highly urge you to check out this interview. I think you will get a lot out of it.
